Ghungroo Season 6 Draws Thousands to Vashi Today in a Grand Celebration of Dance

Today, Navi Mumbai is witnessing a spectacular celebration of dance as Sinddhu Nair’s Ghungroo – All India Dance Festival Season 6 has brought together over 1,600 dancers from more than 120 groups from across the country. Being held at the CIDCO Exhibition Centre Auditorium, Vashi, the festival showcases a vibrant blend of Classical, Folk, Western, and Bollywood dance performances, making it one of the largest dance festivals in the region.

The day-long event began at 7:30 AM today and will continue until 11:30 PM tonight, offering audiences a non-stop cultural extravaganza. The schedule features Classical Dance performances from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, followed by Folk Dance performances from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, and concludes with energetic Western and Bollywood Dance performances from 7:30 PM onwards. The festival is open to the public free of cost and has attracted dance enthusiasts, families, and supporters from across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.

The event celebrates the richness and diversity of Indian dance traditions while also providing a platform for emerging talent from different parts of the country.
