Asthana Vidwan Palakkad T. S. Anantharaman, a distinguished Carnatic vocalist and music teacher, has made a significant contribution to promoting and preserving classical music in Mumbai. A member of a renowned musical family from Palakkad, he began his Carnatic music training at a young age and later continued his musical journey in Mumbai, where he had been living since 1960.
