Pratishtha Foundation to Organise Literary Workshop in Vasai on August 16th

As part of its annual celebrations, the Pratishtha Foundation will organise a Literary Workshop on Sunday, August 16, from 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. at BKS School, Vasai Road (West).

Renowned writer V. R. Sudheesh will be the chief guest at the programme, while C. P. Krishnakumar will preside over the function. The workshop aims to encourage literary creativity and provide a platform for aspiring writers and literature enthusiasts.

In connection with the workshop, the Foundation is also conducting Poetry and Short Story Writing Competitions. Entries for the short story competition should not exceed fifteen pages and must be submitted on or before July 30, 2026 to: Shop No. 1, Green Park, Shastri Nagar, Vasai (West) – 401202.

The winners will receive attractive cash prizes, with the first prize carrying Rs. 5,001 and the second prize Rs. 3,001, along with certificates of appreciation.

Various committees have been formed for the successful conduct of the event under the convenorship of Rajendran Kuttur, A. M. Divakaran, and E. Harindranath.
