Pune Navodaya, one of the prominent Malayalee socio-cultural and religious organizations in Pune, has elected its new governing body for the 2026–2028 term. The election was held during the General Body Meeting at the organization’s Moti Bagh office, where office bearers and committee members were unanimously chosen.
Biju Pillai has been elected as the President, while C. Rajeev Menon will serve as the General Secretary. Muraleedharan has been elected as the Treasurer. A 15-member committee was also constituted to steer the activities of the organization over the next two years.
The newly elected committee includes women members Manjula Devi and Prabhita, reflecting the organization’s commitment to inclusive representation.
The meeting also nominated E. K. Babu Rajan, Rajeev Kuttiyattur, T. V. Kunchikrishnan, Pramod Babu, and Neemish as regular invitees. Adv. Narayana Kurup and Vijay Kartha were elected as the guardians (Patrons) of the organization.
The newly elected team expressed its commitment to strengthening Navodaya’s community initiatives and organizing cultural, social, religious, and charitable activities that will further unite the Malayalee community in Pune.
