As part of the upcoming National Youth Day celebrations, an essay competition has been announced for Malayalee youth residing in Mumbai by The Bombay Keraleeya Samaj, Matunga(E), Mumbai for Malayalees residing in Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai. The contest is open to participants aged between 18 and 30 years as on 25 December 2025, and each entry must be accompanied by valid age proof.
Essays may be written in English or Malayalam, limited to three handwritten pages (400–650 words). Only one entry per participant is permitted. Submissions must reach the Samajam office on or before 25 December 2025 through post, email, WhatsApp, or hand delivery. Participants are advised to confirm receipt of their entries. Acknowledgments will be provided on request.
The first-prize winner will receive a cash award and memento during the National Youth Day function. The topic is “Complete Health Through Pure Food”. You may send your entries to
