Sharing a few more photographs of the talented contestants and winners from Raagalaya Music Competitions held over the years. These priceless moments remind us of the incredible musical journey we have shared with hundreds of gifted singers across generations.
Many may also remember “Paattarangu,” the 13-episode musical programme produced by Raagalaya and telecast on Surya TV during 2004–2006. The programme featured several talented Mumbai-based singers also, including Preethi Warrier, Baburaj Menon, and many others. The popular actor and mimicry artiste Jayaraj Warrier brilliantly anchored the series.
One of the most unforgettable moments in Raagalaya’s history was the presence of the legendary music director late Shri V. Dakshinamurthy as our special guest. He graciously remained throughout the recording sessions, encouraging the participants and blessing them with his presence. For every singer who performed before him, it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime honour and an unforgettable experience.
