Dr. Sureshkumar Madhusudhanan, Chairman and Managing Director of Seagull International Group, has been nominated as a member of the prestigious Business Delegation accompanying the Hon’ble President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu, during her forthcoming State Visit to the Republic of Moldova and Romania.
The visit is of historic importance as it marks the first-ever State Visit by an Indian President to Moldova and the first State Visit by an Indian Head of State to Romania in over three decades. The tour is expected to strengthen India’s engagement with Eastern Europe by enhancing bilateral cooperation in trade, investment, technology, innovation, education, energy, manufacturing, workforce mobility and skill development.
Dr. Sureshkumar’s inclusion in the high-level delegation is a recognition of his outstanding contributions to global workforce mobility, ethical international recruitment, talent acquisition and international business cooperation. Under his leadership, Seagull International Group has become one of India’s leading workforce mobility organisations, connecting skilled Indian professionals with employers in more than 30 countries.

Dr. Sureshkumar Madhusudhanan also serves as the Secretary General of the Indo Gulf & Middle East Chamber of Commerce (INMECC) and is a Member of the BRICS Business Council – Skills, Innovation & Technology Working Group.
