Prateeksha Foundation Awards 2026 and Onam Celebrations will be held on September 6 at the Sabarigiri Ayyappa Temple Auditorium, Vasai.
The event will commence at 10.00 a.m. and will be inaugurated by Union Minister Shripad Naik. Among the distinguished guests expected to attend are Palghar MP Dr. Hemant Savra, MLAs Rajan Naik, Sneha Dubey Pandit, and several other prominent personalities from the socio-cultural and political spheres.
A major highlight of the programme will be the presentation of the Prateeksha Awards 2026, which honour individuals who have demonstrated exceptional talent and achievements in various fields. The celebrations will also feature a variety of cultural performances followed by a traditional Onam Sadhya.
As part of its annual activities, the Foundation will organise a Literary Workshop during the first week of August under the chairmanship of noted writer V. R. Sudheesh. Writers from both Kerala and Maharashtra are expected to participate in the workshop.
In addition, poetry and short story writing competitions will be conducted in connection with the celebrations. Further details regarding these competitions will be announced shortly.
