Navi Mumbai: Sujatha Suraj Patil, Mayor of Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation, will be the Chief Guest at the International Women’s Day celebrations organised by the Women’s Wing of Seawoods Malayali Samajam on March 8.
The programme will be held at M.S. Thakur Banquet Hall from 3 pm onwards. The event promises an engaging line-up of music, dance, drama, games and various cultural activities, followed by a grand feast.
The celebration aims to promote women’s empowerment while preserving and showcasing Kerala’s rich cultural heritage. The platform will also provide an opportunity for women to present and celebrate their talents.
Apart from the Mayor, Corporators Vinod Mathre and Santoshi Ganesh Mathre will also attend the function as special invitees.
The event is being coordinated by Women’s Wing Convener Laiji Varghese, along with Joint Conveners Joby Joykutty and Sreekala Murali.
