Mannam Samadhi Day was observed with devotion and respect at the Airoli office of the Kendriya Nair Samskarika Sanghatana. The programme began with the traditional lighting of the ceremonial lamp by President Harikumar Menon, followed by a prayer meeting.
Office-bearers and members paid floral tributes and remembered the invaluable contributions of Mannam to the community. General Secretary A.R. Balakrishnan Nair and Vice President Kusumakumari Amma addressed the gathering and highlighted the relevance of his vision and social reform efforts in the present times.
