Navi Mumbai International Airport is set to redefine the passenger experience by launching as a fully Digital First airport, offering free high-speed Wi-Fi from its very first day of operations.

Passengers will be able to seamlessly access airport services through the Adani One App, which provides real-time flight updates, terminal navigation, facility information, and a virtual assistant. The app is designed to significantly reduce waiting times by delivering all essential travel information directly to passengers’ mobile phones—from check-in to boarding gates.

The airport’s advanced digital ecosystem also enables authorities to monitor passenger queues, baggage handling, aircraft movements, and vehicle traffic in real time, ensuring efficient airport operations and quicker response to technical issues.

As part of its smart infrastructure, the airport will feature intelligent security systems, biometric boarding, and automated baggage handling. Passengers will receive instant notifications once their baggage is loaded upon arrival.

Free Wi-Fi with speeds of up to 10 Mbps will support messaging apps, digital payments, video calls, streaming, and app-based taxi bookings. In collaboration with BSNL, uninterrupted telecom services will also be provided.

Additionally, passengers can pre-book lounges, taxis, hotels, and even order food to be delivered directly to their boarding gates—making Navi Mumbai International Airport one of India’s most technologically advanced aviation hubs.
