Mumbai’s noted poet and speaker Rajendran Kuttur will present his poems at the monthly literary meet programme organized by Kalyan Samskarika Vedi.
A familiar presence in Kerala’s mainstream literary publications, Rajendran Kuttur has been actively writing poems and short stories for many years. Though he has been a regular participant in various literary discussions and cultural forums, this will be the first time his literary works are being presented in detail at the Sahitya Samvadam programme.

Rajendran Kuttur has authored the story collection Keni Pakshikalude Nagaram and the poetry collection Bhoomikkadiyil. He has also served as editor of Katha Mudrakal. His poems are known for their emotional depth, rhythmic expression and strong humanistic values. He is regarded as one of the prominent voices among Mumbai’s new-generation Malayalam poets.
Apart from his literary contributions, Rajendran Kuttur has also played an active role in organizing several literary and cultural events in Mumbai.
The literary discussion programme will be held at the East Kalyan Kerala Samajam Hall on May 17 at 4.30 pm. Writers, literary enthusiasts and cultural activists from across Mumbai are expected to participate in the Sahitya Samvadam gathering, which is organized on the third Sunday of every month.
