Noted translator and writer Leela Sarkar will witness the release of three of her latest translated works at a special literary gathering to be held at the New Bombay Keraleeya Samajam, Nerul.
The books to be released are “Detective Byomkesh Bakshi”, the Malayalam translation of the celebrated Bengali detective novel by the legendary Sharadindu Bandyopadhyay, whose iconic sleuth Byomkesh Bakshi has captivated generations of readers, along with Nayattukarante Katha ” and “Guhayute Kathakal”, translated from the works of the renowned Bengali writer Buddhadeva Guha.
The books will be formally launched by eminent writer S. Harish and noted novelist Balakrishnan in the presence of literary enthusiasts and readers.
