Their achievements have not only brought pride to the Malayali community in Mumbai but have also enriched the social and cultural fabric of this great city.
With the objective of honouring and documenting the inspiring journeys of these exceptional individuals, Kerala In Mumbai is proud to launch a new segment on our web portal titled “Mumbayile Malayali Prathibhakal”.
Through this feature, we will introduce our readers to prominent Malayalees who have made a lasting impact in their chosen fields, highlighting their contributions, struggles, achievements, and the legacy they leave behind for future generations.
We begin this special series by remembering and paying tribute to one such distinguished personality, the late Shri K. D. Chandran, who left us on 16.05.2021, whose remarkable life and accomplishments had earlier been featured in the print edition of Kerala In Mumbai. Though he is no longer with us, his contributions continue to inspire countless members of the Malayali community in Mumbai and beyond.
