Young Dancers Set for Bharatanatyam Arangetram in Mumbai

Nrityaprabha Mumbai will present a grand Bharatanatyam Arangetram by five talented disciples — Aanvi Anchan, Ananya Kutty, Neha Desai, Prisha Shetye and Sharanya Puthran — on Sunday, May 31, 2026 at 4 pm at Mukkti Cultural Hub, Andheri West, Mumbai. The students, trained under the guidance of renowned gurus Smt. Prasanna Nambiar, Smt. Ajitha Nambiar and Smt. Amrutha Menon, will showcase their years of dedication and classical dance training through a series of traditional Bharatanatyam performances.

The programme, presented by Nrityaprabha, promises an evening filled with grace, devotion and artistic excellence, featuring classical items including Alarippu, Varnam, Thillana and more, accompanied by eminent musicians. The Arangetram marks an important milestone in the artistic journey of the young dancers and celebrates the rich heritage of Indian classical dance.
