Mumbai’s renowned senior dancer and dance teacher Jayashree Nair was honoured with the prestigious “Kala Sarathi” Award at the grand “BHAAV–2026 – The Expression Summit” held at the internationally acclaimed Art of Living Foundation International Center in Bengaluru.
The award was presented by globally respected spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in recognition of the recipient’s outstanding contribution to the field of dance, cultural education and artistic excellence over the years.
The honour is considered a proud moment not only for the artist and the Mumbai cultural fraternity, but also for admirers of Indian classical and traditional performing arts. The prestigious BHAAV–2026 summit brought together eminent personalities from the fields of art, culture and spirituality from across the country.
