The World Malayali Federation (WMF) – Maharashtra Council will organize a State-Level Cricket Tournament on April 18th and 19th, 2026, at Dombivli East, with matches scheduled from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The tournament aims to promote unity, sportsmanship, and community bonding among Malayalis across Maharashtra. WMF, a global organization originating from Austria with a presence in over 167 countries, continues to strengthen its network through such initiatives.
Each participating team will have 11 Malayali players, and matches will be played in a 6-over, overarm tennis ball format. The registration fee is ₹2,000 per team. Only 16 teams will be accommodated, and participation will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment of the registration fee.
