International Women’s Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at the Kairali Hall of the Kairali Cultural Complex, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai on March 8. The event was organized by the Women’s Wing of Kairali – The Arts, Cultural & Welfare Association, bringing together members and guests for an evening of cultural and artistic programmes.

As part of the celebrations, several prominent women members of Kairali were honoured in recognition of their valuable contributions to the organisation and the community.
A special highlight of the evening was a Ghazal Night featuring renowned ghazal singer Sushuma Girish from Kerala. Her soulful and spiritually uplifting performance created a mesmerizing atmosphere and captivated the audience, making the musical evening a memorable experience for all present.
The programme was led and coordinated by Kairali CBD Women’s Wing Convener Sheeba Komalan, along with the active support of other members of the Women’s Wing. The event received an enthusiastic response from the audience, who appreciated the well-organized celebration and the vibrant cultural atmosphere.
