Navi Mumbai will soon witness the launch of Tarang, a new cultural initiative dedicated to expatriate Malayalis, with the objective of promoting music and fine arts among the diaspora. Organized under the banner of Tarang Events and Productions, the initiative aims to create a vibrant platform for cultural programmes and artistic festivals.
The inaugural programme of Tarang will be held on January 25 at 6:00 PM at the Agri Koli Samskruthi Bhavan, Navi Mumbai. Renowned lyricist and film director Sree Kumaran Thambi will inaugurate the festival. As part of the opening celebrations, a special musical evening featuring his popular songs has also been arranged.
Tarang’s vision is to offer fresh and meaningful cultural experiences to music lovers within the Malayali community living outside Kerala, while nurturing artistic expression and cultural bonding.
