OWN – OneWorld Women Network, founded with the vision of uniting women and empowering meaningful change, successfully organised the Fearless Leadership Conclave 2025 on 28th November 2025 at the Maratha Sahitya Mandir Auditorium, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The event brought together distinguished leaders, achievers, and influencers from diverse sectors to celebrate courage-driven and transformative leadership.
The conclave was graced by Chief Guest Dr. Kiran Bedi, Former Lt. Governor of Puducherry and India’s First Woman IPS Officer. Her inspiring address on fearless leadership, discipline, service, and nation-building left a profound impact on the gathering.
The programme was led by OWN’s founding members — Anshul Sharma, Jayshree Katkar, Garima Sharma, Dr. Swati Padoshi, and Dr. Anurita Gautam — who also spearhead the prestigious Beacon of Leadership Awards. The initiative received additional support from Suhasini Naidu and Prammit Sinha. The event also featured delightful performances by children from a special school and other young talents, adding colour and inclusivity to the proceedings.
During the conclave, the Beacon of Leadership Awards were presented to outstanding achievers who have made remarkable contributions to society and their respective fields. This year’s awardees included:
