Mumbai Malayali theatre lovers are set to witness the acclaimed Malayalam play കുഹു ( കൂഹൂ ), directed by noted theatre personality Arun Lal, under the leadership of the Keralaleeya Kendra Sankhatana.The play is presented by Malappuram Little Earth Theatre.
Koohu, which portrays a train journey through history and contemporary life, will be staged on March 28 at 7.00 pm at the K. C. Gandhi Memorial Auditorium, Kalyan, and on March 29 at 7.00 pm at the CIDCO Exhibition Centre, Vashi.
Arun Lal is well known for his remarkable productions, including Chillara Samrat, which received wide recognition at the Meta Awards. The organisers stated that the festival aims to support veteran theatre artists and revive the rich traditions of Malayalam theatre.
