The closing ceremony of the “Malayalotsavam” organised by Malayala Bhasha Pracharana Sangham will be held on March 15 at 4 pm at Chembur Adarsha Vidyalaya.
Noted actor and presenter N.K. Kishore will be the chief guest on the occasion. Representatives from ten regions of the Bhasha Campaign team will participate in the event.
During the function, prizes will be distributed to the winners of the Central Arts Festival, Drama Festival and Maharashtra-level literary competitions. A special edition of the festival magazine will also be released.
The organisers said the Malayalam Festival, which has been conducted annually since 2012, aims to nurture and promote the rich cultural and literary heritage of Kerala while bringing the younger generation closer to Malayalam language and arts.
