Kutch Malayali Welfare Association, All India Malayali Association (Gujarat Chapter) and Gandhidham Inner Wheel Club will jointly celebrate International Women’s Day on March 8 at the Adipur Prabhudarshan Auditorium. The programme will begin at 5 pm.
As part of the celebrations, a special talent show will be organised on March 7 at the Gandhidham Rotary Club Hall for school teachers and parents from Gandhidham, Adipur and Anjar areas. Around 25 women from various voluntary organisations, who have performed exceptionally in their respective fields, will be honoured during the event.
Competitions will be held in music, dance, fashion show, disguise and voice imitation. Winners will be presented with prizes on the Women’s Day stage. The celebrations will also feature colourful dance performances by women from different states.
Mohan B. Nair, Patron of AIMA Gujarat Chapter and Chairman of Sabari Chemicals, will attend the programme as the Chief Guest.
