Hill Garden Ayyappa Bhakta Sangam (HGABS), Thane, which has been serving society continuously for the past 30 years, extended medical assistance to a two-year-old Adivasi child from Koknipada, Chitalsar Manpada.
Established in 1996, Hill Garden Ayyappa Bhakta Sangam Thane has been actively engaged in various charitable activities including support for education, medical care and old-age homes. Recently, the Sangam received a request from Shri Vijay Damu Gavit seeking financial help for the surgery of his daughter. Following a visit by Team HGABS to verify the family’s background and medical requirements, a cheque for ₹34,000 was handed over towards the surgery expenses, based on confirmation from the concerned hospital.
The timely intervention by the Sangam brought significant relief to the family and once again highlighted its commitment to compassionate social service.
