The Shree Ayyappa Temple, Airoli, will observe Makara Vilakku on Wednesday, 14 January 2026 (1201 Dhanu 30, Anizham) with a series of devotional and cultural programmes.
The day will commence with Ashtabhishekam at 5.30 am. In the evening, Pushpabhishekam will be held at 5.45 pm, followed by the live telecast of Makarajyothi at 6.45 pm. A Malayalam & Sanskrit Akshara Sloka Sadas by Harisree Akshara Sloka Sadas, Khanda Colony, is scheduled at 7.00 pm. Cultural offerings include Bharatanatyam by Andaals Fine Arts, Bhandup at 7.30 pm, and Bhajana by Balakrishna Bhajan Group, Dombivli at 8.00 pm followed by Annadanam.
