The two-day event will bring together global Malayali representatives, entrepreneurs, and foreign trade delegates to celebrate the New Year and explore opportunities for trade, investment, and collaboration. On January 1, global Malayali delegates will participate in the New Year celebrations, while foreign trade representatives will take part in the Trade and Investment Summit on January 2, beginning at 10.00 am.

An important highlight of the summit will be the announcement regarding the establishment of the Vayanadu AI and Data Center Park. The inaugural ceremony will be held at 6.00 pm, during which 16 eminent Global Malayalis will be honoured with the prestigious ‘Global Malayali Ratna’ Award.

The proposed AI Park, envisioned as a public-private partnership project, is planned at Mananthavady. According to the organisers, the park will focus on AI innovation, development, and training facilities. The project will cover 50 acres in its first phase, with plans to expand it to 200 acres in the future. A detailed project report has already been submitted to the government, and discussions have been held with government representatives.

The Global Malayali Festival and Investment Summit is expected to strengthen global Malayali networking while promoting Kerala as a hub for innovation, investment, and technological advancement.
