“ To Know the Guru” – Year-Long Study Programme Concludes on Sunday

Mumbai: The concluding ceremony of the year-long history study class titled “To Know the Guru”, organized under the auspices of the Women’s Wing and Cultural Wing of the Mumbai Sree Narayana Mandira Samiti, will be held on Sunday, 23rd, at the Committee’s Chembur Educational Complex.

The valedictory meeting will begin at 10:30 AM, presided over by Committee President M. I. Damodaran.

Maharashtra Additional Director General of Police (Women’s Safety Wing) Ashwathi Dorje will grace the occasion as the Chief Guest.
Vijayalal Nedumkandam, former Tehsildar and teacher of the study class, will attend as the Special Guest.

Over the past year, more than 1,500 participants from the committee’s eight zones took part in this historic study programme.

The concluding ceremony will also include the distribution of awards to the winners of the competitions conducted at the unit, zonal and final levels.

Mandira Samiti Committee Chairman N. Mohandas, General Secretary O. K. Prasad, Women’s Wing Co-ordinator Maya Sahajan, Women’s Wing Convener Suma Prakash, and other office bearers will speak on the occasion.

General Secretary O. K. Prasad announced that cultural programmes also will be held from 2:00 PM onwards.
