Ulwe coastal road construction enters final stage

The construction of the six-km-long Ulve Coastal Road, which will provide easy access to new Navi Mumbai Airport and Atal Setu, is in its final stages. Sixty percent work of the six-lane road is complete.

CIDCO officials announced that the renovation work has also been completed.
Moreover, travel to JNPT (Javaharlal nehru Port) and Navi Mumbai Special Economic Zone will be easier.

With the completion of the road which will include energy-efficient LED lights and a smart traffic management system, the travel time from South Mumbai to Navi Mumbai will be significantly reduced.
With the opening of the road to traffic, traffic congestion on Palm Beach Road, Amara Marg, and National Highway 348 will be signiticantly reduced.

The road that facilitates the movement of goods to the airport and port is of international standards.
