External storms are rarely the threat to consider because our profoundest vulnerability lies within the inner circle of any fraternity around us today .The most perilous distance is the hidden space between two people standing side by side. We need to understand that an adversary’s blow leaves a defensible scar, but a trusted ally’s silence leaves an invisible wound. When faith draws a line against the world, the greatest danger stands on your side of that line, waiting for the lights to dim.
The pattern here is an architectute seeking to manifest your ruin . This is the agenda of the manipulative world in all areas of life because of the current ‘power – politics ‘ .The strategy here relies on emotional inflation. They defeat you with elevation, using flattery like helium to pump up your hopes toward horizons they never intend for you to reach. By raising your expectations sky-high, they ensure your eventual fall is absolute and self-clearing. They never have to push you out; they merely design the height from which you will willingly walk away. Navigating a landscape where malice hides behind a grin requires absolute emotional stillness. A visible enemy allows you to prepare, but a smiling saboteur demands a level of internal composure that refuses to be baited.The true test of mastery is walking past the weaponised smile. History carries this destruction across all epochs. I have seen brilliant artists quietly walk away in the field of performing arts on account of this game. It taught me to place faith in my own work, rather than the words all around !

events related to any field .In any environment be it the corporate or artistic world —the regulars—using their familiar
presence as a shield. However, their physical choreography betrays them during an encounter. Observe them as you
approach and you see a performative shift happening Right before the flattery begins, there is a sharp, unnatural
conversational freeze. While delivering the praise, their eyes may dart, or their gestures may stiffen. The words do not
match their internal tension, creating an atmosphere of palpable friction. The moment you walk past them you can
become aware of their physical bravado of togetherness .The hushed muttering under their breath that you see more
than hear from afar which is the venting of their frustrated momentum.They are sitting on a calculated game plan
designed to destabilize you. You need to flip this blueprint by occupying the centre space within you with absolute,
unbothered confidence. You need to grow absolutely and to strive again so that their shadows can no longer touch you.
By placing your faith in the quiet, steady reality of what you create, you build an internal fortress. The praise of onlookers
then becomes mere background noise, and their sudden silence loses the power to destroy you. When your devotion
belongs entirely to your craft, no one can engineer your exit, because your foundation was never built on their promises.
In response to this manipulation , I promised myself a different path that has stood by me through six and half decades . I
promised to accord space to every deserving feet , to recommend – where others closed their eyes, and to remind people of
their worth when it waned the most. I promised to be a true ally—offering inclusion, speaking up when others are ignored,
and validating them and their worth through life’s most draining moments.
An empire built on your steadfast work and commitment stands in absolute silence as the work keeps enlarging standing

None can steal the horizon from you when you are busy building the ground beneath your feet.”
