Dombivli: The Rotary Club of Dombivli North is set to organise the ceremonial handing over of community clinics dedicated to transgender and marginalized communities in Kalwa and Dombivli. The initiative aims to provide accessible community healthcare facilities for sections of society that often face barriers in accessing essential services.
The ceremony will be held on Sunday, September 27, 2026, at 11:00 am at 638M+6P8, Plot No. 47, Shree Swaminarayan Mandir Trust, Rajaji Path, Ramnagar, Dombivli East.
The programme will be held under the auspices of Dr. Shrikant Shinde, Member of Parliament, and Shri Rajesh More, MLA, Kalyan Rural, along with Rtn. Dr. Nilesh Jaywant, District Governor – RID 3142. The initiative is being undertaken by the Rotary Club of Dombivli North as part of its community-oriented efforts.
The event will be attended by Rotary office-bearers and project representatives, including Rtn. Dr. Oommen David, Charter President; Rtn. Maya Sawant, President 2026–27; and Rtn. Virupax Ranebennur, Project Chair. The programme highlights a focus on inclusive healthcare and community support for marginalized sections.
