Keraleeya Samajam Dombivli organized a Community Wedding for underprivileged couples as part of its Platinum Jubilee celebrations. The event took place at the Kambalpada Model College, where 30 young couples from across the state participated and exchanged vows.

The Samajam took care of all the wedding arrangements, including transportation to and from the venue, domestic appliances for the newlyweds, financial support to help them set up their homes, mangalsutras, clothes for the ceremony, and a feast afterward.

Raju Ratan Patil of Kalyan, Dr. Oommen David (Director of Holy Angels School and College), Paul Parappally of Don Bosco Schools, and senior members of the Samajam were present at the ceremony, where they handed over gifts to the newlyweds.

General Secretary Rajasekharan Nair welcomed the brides, grooms, their families, and invited guests. The event was inaugurated by Samajam President Radhakrishnan Nair.
