Popular Carnatic musician Padma Shri K. G. Jayan ( Jaya-Vijaya duo fame ) passed away at the age of 90. The end came at his residence in Thrippunithura, Kochi, Kerala. Noted actor Manoj K Jayan is his Son. He has also scored music for many Malayalam movies.
